Festival "Hibla Gerzmava invites ..." returns home

As part of the XIV Music Festival "Hibla Gerzmava invites ..." on July 30-31 in Abkhazia will be held two concerts.
Sukhum. July 29. Apsnypress. The gala concert, which will feature duets and arias from operas, will be held on July 30 in the Abkhaz Drama Theatre of S. Chanba. The concert involves: Hibla Gerzmava (soprano), Ildar Abdrazakov (bass), Nikolay Erokhin (tenor), Tatarstan State Symphony Orchestra under the baton of Alexander Sladkovsky.
12 years in a row the festival took place in Abkhazia, becoming one of the major cultural events of the country. Through this festival, along with Hibla Gerzmava in Abkhazia were outstanding musicians: Vladimir Spivakov, Felix Korobov, Elena Obraztsova, Deborah Brown, Denis Matsuev, Ildar Abdrazakov and many others. In 2014, the festival was held in Moscow. A year later it returned to Abkhazia.
Within the festival on July 31 in the Abkhazian State Philharmonic of R. Gumba will be a concert of Leonid Agutin and Angelika Varum.
Opening of the XIV Music Festival "Hibla Gerzmava invites ..." was held in Vienna in April 2015, and the closing will take place on the stage of Carnegie Hall in New York.
The organizers of the festival - the Government of the Republic of Abkhazia and the Ministry of Culture and Protection of Historical and Cultural Heritage of RA.
